Abstract

This research aims to explore the relationship between motivation and performance of nurses in the inpatient environment. The research method used was a survey via questionnaire to nurses who worked in inpatient rooms. The data obtained was then analyzed to identify a correlation between the level of nurses' motivation and their performance in providing care to patients. It is hoped that the findings from this study will provide additional insight into the factors that influence nurse performance in the inpatient environment.
